Currently under development by one of the leasing residential property developers on the Eastern Seaboard, Siam Best Enterprises, the tower is scheduled for completion in 2012 and has had its foundations laid by renowned German company Bauer, who’s on site laboratory revealed that the foundations on the site are in the perfect conditions for a project of this magnitude. To further protect the future landmark, engineers have ensured against wind and earthquake hazards to the highest international standards using some of the most sophisticated technology available.
